SPLIT MANTRA (S//M) was my way of finding identity, drawing the things I grew attached to from childhood. 2015 was my beginning into freelance work, creating logo designs for small businesses, before venturing into comics through the Spiderverse community. Today, my weight in art is in fan-based works on MARVEL, DC, and other hyper-fixations the internet takes me on.

While my primary strength is Character Illustration & Design, I specialize in Logo Design, and continue to expand my field of work in Comics, Storyboarding, 3D modeling, and Animatics.

The other side of S//M has a family, sharing the world with my curious toddler and my anchor-strong wife. GITS, Trigun, Champloo, and Fist of the North Star stand alone in my anime Stonehenge (I think this makes me an anime old-head? I’m in my early 30s, so I’m not sure), I’m a multi-sport fan (Yankees you stress me out), and I’m a super nerd for Neruofunk and Drum & Bass music.
